Rocket Garden
Rocket Garden at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida is full of rockets that took the United States into space and to the moon.
Telstar, launched on a Delta rocket, was the first telecommuncations satellite capable of receiving, amplifying and transmitting intercontinental television signals in real time. Juno I, a 4-stage rocket launched on a Redstone rocket, pushed the 11-pound Explorer I satelite into orbit. Other rockets include the Saturn V, Atlas, and Titan.
The size of the rockets up close really show how much effort it takes to launch them.
