Remembering AYCJ: Day 18
The eighteenth day of the AYCJ journey last year was spent in Washington D.C., Annapolis, Maryland and Dover, Delaware.
On a tour at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, the second US Mint I visited during the month, I got to see how paper currency is made. As with the mint in Denver, I really enjoyed seeing the process and was impressed with the scale of the operation.
Other places I visited included the Maryland State House in Annapolis and the Delaware Legislative Hall and in Dover.
