Remembering AYCJ: Day 5

The fifth day of AYCJ was an emotional day spent walking around the perimeter of Ground Zero in New York after flying from Richmond, Virginia.

It was a very different experience from visiting it two and a half years before.  There were so many different ways people were expressing their feelings of the day that changed so many lives.  I also stumbled upon Fire Station Ladder/Engine Co. 10 right across the street.  The ceremony with a bagpiper was touching.  That night, it was off to Boston.
