Flight #2: LGB - PDX

Colleen and Curt were the JetBlue flight attendants for flight #1426 up the west coast to Portland this afternoon on I Only Have Eyes for Blue. It again started out cloudy, but the magnificent Patrick flew up, up, and away, providing some great views of the mountains. If I had only known where I was, maybe I would have appreciated it more. It was definitely a change of pace from the compacted clouds this morning.

We got a rare look at the pilot when he came out for some coffee. Too bad JetBlue has such great personalities locked behind the door too busy flying our plane. I mean, I hope someone is flying the plane. But we’re missing some good talented entertainment!

I especially enjoyed that he was maxing out the dial (apparently speedometer), in hopes of getting us back from our 20 minute delay.

A special thanks goes to the gate agent Shazet for making this flight a little bit better.

Please don’t reprimand Patrick for coming out back to entertain us. He’s the best pilot!
